I love working here! They are very flexible and understanding. All the residents are supper sweet with silly personalities.
I really like my co-workers. We all work well together as a team and have fun with our residents. Our leadership team is flexible they help however they can. I really appreciate that the staff get to know each other and we aren't just a group of people who work together.
My favorite memory of working here was when we had the petting zoo come and we got to play with all the baby goats! It was such a fun day and the residents loved it!
My favorite part of working here is when I come into work and see the staff are giggling and telling jokes with the residents to the point that the residents are also giggling!
