In January 2026, Accura HealthCare celebrates 10 years of serving seniors, families, and communities across the Midwest. For a decade, the organization has remained guided by a clear purpose: to care for others.
Accura began in 2016 with a small group of skilled nursing communities in Iowa. Since then, it has grown into a regional organization supporting older adults in Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. Along the way, Accura HealthCare has expanded thoughtfully—adding communities and services in response to the evolving needs of aging adults while staying rooted in personal, compassionate care.
This 10-year milestone represents more than growth. It reflects relationships built over time, trust earned within communities, and the everyday moments of care happening inside Accura communities. Through a full continuum of services, individuals and families are supported by teams who believe care should feel both professional and personal.
